“I put fine sand in a little ashtray (smaller is better, that way you can see how much you’re smoking when it fills up). I take 2 or 3 drags and put it out in the sand. If people pay attention, they don’t NEED to smoke the whole cigarette at one sitting.
After doing this, I found I didn’t want any more that a couple hits. Seems your body reacts to cutting back and you don’t want the whole cigarette anymore. I went from a pack a day to a pack a week doing this and it only took days to accomplish this!!” -Deborah H. | Davie, FL, USA
