Any of the following methods may be used:
1. For best results, apply with the GumBrush. This brush is specifically designed for tender and receding gums. Place a few drops on the PROgums Brush and brush along the gumline in small circles.
2. Place a few drops on regular toothbrush and brush gums gently for 30 - 45 seconds.
3. Swish 10 -15 drops in mouth for 30 - 45 seconds.
4. Place a few drops on a clean finger and massage gums gently. This allows oil to be absorbed by the gum tissue and has the added benefit of stimulating circulation.
