Quit Method:
Cold Turkey

Cold turkey. That's how I did it. For most people this is the method that works.
However, you may have to quit several times before it sticks. Be persistent
and dont beat yourself up if you slip. Just quit again.
Also important when quitting cold turkey is the need to prepare yourself mentally,
physically and emotionally for quitting. Read a book on quitting and talk to other smokers
who quit. In your mind, prepare yourself for the various steps and stages you will go
through in the quitting process.
