How Do I Use It?

It couldn't be simpler. In the first week of using NicoBloc, you apply ONE drop of NicoBloc to the filter of EACH cigarette you smoke. In week two you use TWO drops of NicoBloc on the filter of EACH cigarette you smoke. This reduces the amount of tar and nicotine you inhale by up to 66%. Alongside the use of NicoBloc, you also slowly reduce the NUMBER of cigarettes you smoke, following a pre-programmed plan. By the end of six weeks, you could be ready to throw your cigarettes away.

Each pack of NicoBloc comes with a CD ROM which gives instructions on its use, a bottle of NicoBloc, and a smoking record to keep track of your progress.
