Smoker's Vitamin
Pancreatic cancer is the fifth most common cancer killer in North America. Several studies have shown a link between smoking and cancer of the pancreas. Five studies on pancreatic cancer found that fruit consumption played a protective role. One of these studies measured vitamin C intake and found that individuals consuming less than 70 mg per day had two and a half times a greater risk than those consuming 160mg or more per day.
