A few weeks ago I ordered those smoking cessation filters [One Step at a Time]. A fantastic product! Thank you. I've tried quitting many times in the past but failed within a day or two. I found your 4 filter way to quit.....and I bought 2 of them. I tried it and within 6 weeks I had quit without turning into a wild maniac. And I also wasn't totally stressed by giving up something I had enjoyed for years. My husband still hasn't given up the habit but I can only hope he will find it as easy as I did.

Now believe me I still miss smoking but I know that I'm much better off for a longer life now that I have quit, and I'm enjoying spending the money I saved on some rather nice things for grand children and also myself.

To whom it may concern;

After almost 40 years of smoking I have been smokeless for a little over 17 days. On December 30, 2005 at 7am I finished my last cigarette and I have not smoked any cigarettes since that date and I owe it to the “One Step At A Time Nicotine Withdrawal System”.

I purchased the system in October or 2005 and set November 01, 2005 as my start date. On that date I started using filter one and used it for two weeks then switched to filter two for two weeks then switched to filter three for two weeks then started on filter 4 and used it a little over two weeks, I figured what the heck there was no reason leaving any full or partial packs of cigarettes laying around to tempt me so I continued using the number 4 filter until all of the cigarettes I had on hand where gone. Yes I have had cravings for a cigarette on several occasions but so far everyone of them occasions has been controllable.

Best $20 I ever spent!!!!
