Bacc-Off is made from FDA approved food grade ingredients. Unless you
are sensitive or allergic to one of the ingredients, Bacc-Off should be
as safe as gum or candy.
Is Bacc-Off available in a fine cut?
The Extra Wintergreen and Straight flavors are cut larger than Skoal
fine cut and the Mint is even larger cuts.
Is Bacc-Off addictive?
No. Since all the ingredients are food grade ingredients there is
nothing addictive in our product.
What is the difference between regular Bacc-Off and Energized Bacc-Off?
Energized Bacc-Off contains additional ingredients to provide extra
energy. Those extra ingredients are: Natural and artificial flavors,
Taurine, Glucuronolactone, Caffeine, Niacin, Guarana, Vitamin B5, B6,
B12
Does Bacc-Off contain sugar or salt?
The mint contains no sugar and some salt. The Extra wintergreen and
Straight contain some sugar and salt for flavor and the Bacc-Off pouches
contain no sugar or salt. However, it is important to remember that
unlike food, Bacc-Off is generally spit out and not ingested. Therefore,
it is virtually impossible to determine the actual intake of sugar or
salt.
Does Bacc-Off contain caffeine?
The Straight and Mint flavored products are made from tea leaves which
contain naturally occurring caffeine, equivalent to between one and two
cups of coffee for an entire can of the product. The Energized versions
contain added caffeine.
Is Bacc-Off gluten free?
Yes, Bacc-Off does NOT contain gluten.
Can I swallow Bacc-Off?
Since Bacc-Off is food grade it would be considered safe.
Will Bacc-Off cause irritation?
Anything held in the same place for long periods of time can and
probably will irritate the skin. Use in moderation. If you experience
discomfort or irritation from Bacc-Off then simply discontinue use.
What is Spitability?
One of the pleasures of chewing tobacco is spitting, so Bacc-Off
produces dark brown spit similar to tobacco. However, unlike tobacco if
you don’t want to spit you don’t have to.
