these steps to get the best results from SmokeRX.
Before you begin taking the pills, you should smoke your last cigarette, then toss out all packs. If you continue to smoke after starting the SmokeRX program, you will be working against yourself and the product. Make a clean break from cigarettes, then immediately start the program.
1. Before retiring for the evening, take the recommended dosage of Formula A (from the chart below) and two capsules of Formula B, which aids the body's natural cleansing process.* Take all capsules with 8 oz. of water (distilled works best) or milk and a light snack. Get a full nights rest.

2. When you wake in the morning, repeat your dosage of Formula A and take two Formula B capsules with breakfast. Repeat these dosages again at lunch, and at dinner or bedtime. Continue to take three sets of capsules for three days.
3. On the fourth day, assess your progress. If you are feeling good, then try reducing your Formula A dosage by one capsule. For example, if you've been taking three capsules three times a day, try reducing the dosage to two capsules three times a day. If you have difficulty, then resume your normal dosage.
Repeat the dosage that works for you on the fifth day as well. Keep in mind that you should always take two Formula B capsules at a time until they are gone. Never reduce your Formula B dosage.
4. If on the sixth and seventh day you still feel fine, try reducing your Formula A dosage again. Do not reduce your dosage below one capsule three times a day.
5. If you have a craving for a cigarette, massage a drop of Formula C Aromatherapy Support on each temple, one between your eyes at the bridge of the nose, and most importantly, one drop under your nose. This simulates the repetitive motion of bringing your hand to your face as if you were smoking. Lightly inhale the aroma 3-5 times and the urge to smoke will most likely pass.
