Here is a tip that helped me the most when i quit smoking.I took drinking straws and cut them to the size of a cigarette, then i too some cotton and stuffed it in the end good and tight, and when i would crave i would pretend smoke them,i even used them when i was driving, take good long puffs on them, fooled my brain and the craves went away.they lessened and with time i didn’t even need the straws, that was over 3 years ago.
