Change your usual routine, instead of getting up & pouring that 1st cup of coffee & lighting up, brush your teeth & drink water,juice,v-8, & eat something. Then brush your teeth again. Find something to do to keep your hands occupied, get a craving, grab some gum, or mints, take a good brisk walk. Brush your teeth periodically thru out the day, you will be amazed at how much better your mouth will feel, how much better food will begin to taste after a while & also how much better your hair & clothes will smell. You will truly be amazed at how much better you will feel after only a few weeks. Rome wasn’t built in a day & quitting smoking wont be done in a day either, but stick with it, you can do it, if not for just yourself but for your family, your health & your friends. You will feel awesome once people start commenting on how proud they are of you & your smoking friends will be envious of your ability to actually have done it. Hang in there, you are stronger than you think.
