Cold Turkey and Exercise

I think that one of the best ways to get through the withdrawals is exercise. I joined our local Rec Centre and have been working out at least 3 evenings a week and found that it really helps to relieve the stress/tension that you’re feeling from the withdrawals. I’ve noticed at my exercise classes just how much better my breathing and energy levels have improved over the months since I quit and I can honestly say that I’m feeling great and only wish that I had quit a long time ago!
