Being around a grandmother that was a chain smoker, as well as lot of smoker friends, I learned a few things. People trying to quit need some kind of mouth/tongue stimulation. So a few things that help distract you from pulling out that cigarette….........something to chew on. My grandmother chewed on the cap on a pen for a few months and finally stopped smoking after 60 years of being a dedicated smoker. Also a tastier way to go about this is get Trader Joes Ginger Chews….........they are SUPER chewy, takes a while to finish them and they are a bit spicy…...........so your mouth area is tingly for half an hour after eating one.
