PRAYER really helps. When you get a crave to smoke, exercise helps too.

I like to chew gum, and stay really busy so I won’t have time to think about smoling.

I had a brother pass away from cancer, and that helps me to remember I don’t want to die from smoking like he did.

If you really want to quit, just STOP!
