Orange Therapy This totally worked for me. I needed to find a low calorie, time consuming, stimulating thing to do with my mouth and hands. Oranges take a few minutes to skin. They smell great. They are fantastic for you. They have many slices so you get the oral fixation for a long time. Did I mention they smell great? The only time my orange therapy didn’t work was driving. I’m trying to prolong my life here. The best part is that they’re easily transportable. You can eat oranges practically anywhere you can smoke. Parks, work, school, the beach, home, almost anywhere. I highly recommend trying this. Especially those of you who don’t want to substitute candy or get bored with gum. Try it!
