Whenever I decide to quit smoking, the night before I do,I smoke all my cigarettes except for one. I take that one and put in the Bible. Before I do that,I pray over it and ask God to take the taste from me before I go to sleep. When I wake up the next morning,I pray and stay busy and eventually it will go away. Whenever the urge comes back,as it usually does,I chew gum and use mints. I also read up on the effects of smoking and I also watch those horrible commercials that will pretty much scare anyone if they have an ounce of sense!!
