I started by not having a smoke when i most love to have one like after a meal. I avoided all smoke related triggers so when i had a cig “out of sink” I started to smoke less and i would add more restrictions like going outside to smoke and if you cant go out to smoke then you cant have one and these things helped me to wean off and quit.
