I ran out of cigarettes on a Saturday and refused to go buy a pack on Sunday (5 weeks ago).  Every time I thought about smoking, I’d eat mint Oreos or Klondike bars or Skittles.  I used the saved $$ from quitting to buy a treadmill and I gradually replaced eating junk with taking a walk and now I’ve quit smoking and lost 7lbs!
