The best way to quit smoking is to never start. But if you do try to quit, it is hard I’m sure. I can not lie I have never smoked but my dad did and if he were here he would tell you to never give up! Just take it one day at a time. He was a wonderful man but his life was cut short from lung cancer. Smoking is not worth you life. So the next time you light up don’t think about how good it makes you feel right then. Think about how it could make you and your loved ones feel later down the road. There is no magic pill out there to make you quit smoking, but you have it in you. Have faith and never give up.
