Stay busy and you will forget all about Smoking, 9 times out of 10 smoking is more of a habit than a true additction.
Another tip is to get something like a plastic little tube that actually looks like a cigarette that I received from a Quit Smart class that I had taken a few years a go, when you feel the urge to smoke - just use that plastic cigarette-like tube. If you don’t have that, you can substitute with a straw that you cut down to the size of a cigarette, etc.
