Turkey Makes you Tired, Especially if It is Cold

I can’t just quit cold turkey. So, I have found it effective (although not yet successful) to quit when I get a cold. At this time, not only am I unable to smoke, because when I inhale, I cough, but I also just don’t feel like it. This past January, I was able to quit for 3 months without any extra eating or cravings, which are the #1 reason I have trouble. However, once the cold wore off, I started smoking again. Next time, I highly suggest (and will try myself) that after the cold, if you can afford it, to follow up with patches or lozenges, whatever may work, to keep the success going.
