So how can you remain consistent and vigilant as you quit? Visit the QuitSmoking.com message board every day! Read or post messages on the message board to make quitting easier.
But sometimes it's easy to forget to visit QuitSmoking.com, so now we've made it easy to remember! With a simple click, you can place shortcut icons on your desktop that will bring you right back to the message board! You'll see the shortcut icon whenever you work at your computer and you can easily click it to visit QuitSmoking.com. You can even set your web browser's starting home page to the message board page.
Here's all you have to do (this is FREE, of course!):
1. Click one of the links below:
Add Shortcuts to My Desktop and Set My Home Page to the QuitSmoking.com message board (home page change only works in Internet Explorer)
Add Shortcuts to My Desktop only (don't change my Home Page)
2. A window will pop up that says Security Warning or Java Security. It may look a little scary, but this is simply telling you that a program is going to run on your computer that will place a shortcut on your desktop. Click the button that says "Yes" or "Grant". That's it!
